FOREIGNERS WITH CRIMINAL RECORDS WHO USE MEXICO LIKE THEIR REAL ESTATE PARADISE

AGENCIA MULTIMARCA DOCTOR AUTO, S.A. DE C.V. ISSUES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS REGARDING THE SEPARATION WITH ITS FORMER PARTNERS KEVIN ERIC HURTADO ROBLEDO AND RYAN EARL DONNER.
AGENCIA MULTIMARCA DOCTOR AUTO S.A. DE C.V (hereinafter “THE COMPANY“), Legally founded in 2009, wishes to make its customers and the general public aware of the following facts:
On October 16th of this year, THE COMPANY was notified by BBVA bank that all of its accounts had been blocked, by order of a federal authority. Faced with this totally unjustified fact, immediate action was taken.
When investigating the reason for this sanction, since at no time had THE COMPANY been notified by the competent authority, the legal representative of THE COMPANY went to the Court where the blocking order originated, with only an official number: 1573/2025. This is the First District Court in Federal Commercial Matters, for the state of Jalisco, with file number 2385/2024. Commercial executive lawsuit filed by Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo, a person with whom THE COMPANY had a relationship as a partner since 2020. Mr. Kevin, with the argument of having requested the payment of 4 million Mexican pesos, assuring – without verifying it – that he had in his possession a promissory note supposedly signed by the owner of THE COMPANY, was the one who initiated this procedure of blocking bank accounts.
Misusing Mexican laws and manipulating the situation in his favor, in order to achieve the blocking of accounts, Kevin exhibited a bond (and a policy as a guarantee, with a real estate) in court, to the effect that the bank accounts of THE COMPANY could be blocked. As a precautionary measure, however, days later, Mr. Kevin requested the return of the bond.
All this can be consulted on the internet publicly in file number 2385/2024 of the Third District Court in Commercial Matters of Zapopan, Jalisco.
THE COMPANY’s legal representative requested the file in Court to hear the case, because -as mentioned above- at no time had THE COMPANY been notified of the trial, which left it in a state of defenselessness. However, it was reported right there that the Acting Secretary of the First District Judge, Mayra Fabiola Guzmán López, -despite the fact that there was not and is not until the day of publication of this statement, an acting Judge, due to the recent Judicial Reform-, set a hearing for November 19, at 12:00 p.m., to appear before the plaintiff to summon himself to trial and make statements, since due to the way in which Mr. Kevin proceeded, the authority has agreed that those actions are inadmissible.
Given the above, THE COMPANY will appear in Court to be notified of the trial in order to manifest itself and do what is necessary to defend itself in accordance with the Law, since the blocking of the accounts is seriously harming its more than 300 employees.
HEREIN, THE COMPANY WISHES TO ANNOUNCE THAT IT BROKE ANY TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP OF ANY NATURE WITH BOTH KEVIN AND RYAN, AND EXPOSES THE FOLLOWING ISSUE, WHICH IS EXTREMELY DELICATE
It is the duty of the owner of THE COMPANY to inform public opinion and society in general, that he wishes to speak out against Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo (who currently lives in CITY) and of having broken all labor ties with him, and also of her ex-husband, named Ryan, for the following reasons:
Ryan Earl Donner and Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo began creating businesses in 2011, when they arrived in CITY including the operation of a lodging establishment called Joint Coworking Hotel (recently rebranded as Now Vallarta Cowork), in a building located in the center of this tourist destination. It should be noted that both changed their names legally when they moved from the United States, where they had several legal problems that they wanted to erase with their transfer.
In 2020, Kevin asked the head of THE COMPANY (with whom he also already had a commercial partnership since 2020) to invest 1 million pesos in the remodeling project of the hotel, the place, and the offices of the DR, which was carried out. When he failed to pay for the remodeling, Kevin agreed with the owner of THE COMPANY to cease 30 percent of the shares owned by Ryan of the hotel; however, he never made such a payment, neither monetarily nor in shares, so they began to have significant differences.
The head of THECOMPANY, when investigating Mr. Kevin personal background, found himself public legal documents from courts in El Dorado, California, which show that Kevin has a criminal record for accusations of p*dophilia, for which he was imprisoned for seven years, in 1988 and 1992, in that town in United States.
Part of the story of Ryan and Kevin personal relationship shows that both signed the divorce papers in May 2013, as stated in the following link.
However, this was a delusive act from Ryan to supposedly distance himself from Kevin’s criminal past, but they were still together, as a couple, since in CITY they also undertook successful real estate businesses, such as THE COMPANY called Donner & Associates, and even Ryan is committed to paying Kevin 2% of each property he sells through this company for life, which proves that Kevin controls the common businesses without any impediment.
On the other hand, it is necessary to clarify that Ryan had also had commercial agreements with the owner of THE COMPANY, however, at no time did Ryan comply with these, overlooking the agreements established in documents signed by both parties.
The business activities to which they both dedicate themselves in a city, gave them the opportunity to threaten and intimidate anyone who denounces their activities, such as p*dophilia, and in the case of Ryan, even “z-philia”. It should be noted that they hired lawyers (whom they change every six months) to silence those who denounced these facts through cease-and-desist letters.
In addition, there is evidence in videos and photographs dating back to 2020, in the possession of the owner of THE COMPANY, of these illicit activities that support what is described here and that are impossible to have been manipulated with AI, but that by their nature cannot and should not be exhibited if it is not to the authorities specialized in these crimes. If necessary, this evidence will be delivered only to the appropriate authority when requested. This is an open secret among the Puerto Vallarta’s business community, who prefer not to get involved for fear of reprisals.

Similarly, on social media in March 2021, journalist Jorge Olmos from Puerto Vallarta brought the entire case of Eric Hurtado to light. In his post, he detailed the accusations against Hurtado from 1988 and 1992 in El Dorado, California, where he was convicted of committing sexual acts against children aged 10 and 11. As a result, he was accused and sentenced to six years in prison, in addition to spending over a year in the El Dorado jail awaiting his trials.
After such serious accusations became public, Ryan Earl Donner and Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo were forced on several occasions to change the corporate names of their businesses.

CONCLUSION:
In view of the foregoing, given the serious nature of the crimes committed and continue to be committed by Kevin, the company denies currently having a relationship of an employment nature or in any other sense with the aforementioned person and his partner and ex-husband, Ryan Earl Donner.
This conflict has its origin in 2020, but it is not until five years later that it has had a legal repercussion, after Kevin and Ryan closed lucrative businesses in the real estate sector with questionable practices.
The economic resources they have obtained have allowed them to influence the legal process and have managed to block THE COMPANY’s bank accounts, at least until January 2026, the month in which an order to release them has already been obtained. However, it is worrying that foreign businessmen with criminal records can manipulate Mexican justice in this way.
Aware of the nature of this situation and given the moral values of THE COMPANY, whose mission is to provide a quality service to its customers and take care of the work of its suppliers and collaborators, we place ourselves at the service of the corresponding authorities to clarify any doubts in relation to the above.
