A PARADISE FOR FOREIGNERS WITH CRIMINAL RECORDS
AGENCIA MULTIMARCA DOCTOR AUTO, S.A. DE C.V. ISSUES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS REGARDING THE SEPARATION FROM ITS FORMER PARTNERS, KEVIN ERIC HURTADO ROBLEDO AND RYAN EARL DONNER
AGENCIA MULTIMARCA DOCTOR AUTO, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”), legally founded in 2009, wishes to inform its clients and the general public of the following facts:
On October 16 of the current year, THE COMPANY was notified by BBVA bank that its bank accounts had been blocked by order of a federal authority. Given this totally unjustified event, immediate action was taken.
Upon investigating the reason for this situation, especially since THE COMPANY had never been notified by the competent authority, the legal representative of THE COMPANY went to the Court where the blocking order originated, armed only with an official document number: 1573/2025. This is the First Federal District Court in Commercial Matters in the state of Jalisco, with case file number 2385/2024. A commercial enforcement lawsuit filed by KEVIN ERIC HURTADO ROBLEDO, a person with whom THE COMPANY had a partnership relationship since 2020. Mr. Hurtado, claiming to have requested payment of 4 million Mexican pesos and asserting—without proof—to be in possession of a promissory note allegedly signed by THE COMPANY’s owner, was the one who initiated this bank account blocking procedure.
Misusing Mexican laws and manipulating the situation to his advantage to achieve the account freeze, Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo posted a bond (and a collateral policy, apparently with a property) with the court to proceed with the blocking of THE COMPANY’s bank accounts as a precautionary measure. However, days later, Mr. Hurtado requested the return of the bond.

THE COMPANY’s legal representative requested the case file from the Court to understand the matter, as—as mentioned before—THE COMPANY had never been notified of the lawsuit, leaving it defenseless. However, he was informed there that the Acting Secretary of the First District Court, Mayra Fabiola Guzmán López—despite the fact that there was not, and as of the publication date of this statement, still is not a presiding Judge due to the recent Judicial Reform—scheduled a hearing for November 19 at 12:00 hours. The purpose is to appear before the plaintiff to be summoned to trial and make declarations, as due to the manner in which Mr. Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo proceeded, the authority has determined the inadmissibility of these actions.
Given the above, THE COMPANY will appear in Court to be officially notified of the lawsuit in order to make its declarations and take the necessary legal steps to defend itself, as the account freeze is seriously harming its more than 300 employees.
ON THE OTHER HAND, THE COMPANY WISHES TO ANNOUNCE THAT IT HAS SEVERED ALL WORKING AND ANY OTHER TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH BOTH KEVIN ERIC HURTADO ROBLEDO AND RYAN EARL DONNER, AND RAISES THE FOLLOWING, EXTREMELY DELICATE, ISSUE:
It is the duty of THE COMPANY’s owner to inform public opinion and society in general, stating opposition to KEVIN ERIC HURTADO (who currently lives in Colima) and having severed all working ties with him, as well as with his former husband, named Ryan Earl Donner, also known as Ryan Donner, and his real estate company called Donner and Associates (who lives in Puerto Vallarta), for the following reasons:
Ryan Earl Donner and Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo began creating businesses starting in 2011 when they arrived in Puerto Vallarta. These included operating an accommodation establishment called Joint Coworking Hotel in a building located in the center of this tourist destination. It should be noted that both legally changed their names upon moving from the United States, where they had several legal problems they wanted to erase by relocating.
In 2020, Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo asked THE COMPANY’s owner (with whom he had already been a partner in THE COMPANY since 2020) to invest 1 million pesos in the hotel to renovate the place, which was indeed carried out. As payment for the renovation, Hurtado agreed to give him 30 percent of the hotel’s shares. However, he never fulfilled this payment, leading to major disagreements between them.
The owner, upon investigating Mr. Hurtado’s personal background, found public legal documents from courts in El Dorado, California, which demonstrate that KEVIN ERIC HURTADO ROBLEDO has a criminal record for accusations of p*dophilia, for which he was imprisoned for seven years, in 1988 and 1992, in that location in the United States.

However, this was a ploy for Ryan Earl Donner to supposedly distance himself from Hurtado’s criminal past, but they remained together as a couple. In Puerto Vallarta, they also undertook successful real estate businesses, such as the company called Donner and Associates. Furthermore, Ryan Earl Donner is committed to paying Hurtado 2% of every property he sells through this company for life, proving that Kevin Eric controls their joint businesses without any impediment.
On the other hand, it is necessary to clarify that Ryan Earl Donner had also had commercial agreements with THE COMPANY’s owner. However, Donner never fulfilled these agreements, disregarding the terms established in documents signed by both parties.
The business activities they both engage in in Puerto Vallarta gave them the opportunity to get close to people who practice p*dophilia with impunity, and in Ryan Donner’s case, even “z–philia.”
It should be clarified that there is evidence in videos and photographs dating back to 2020, in the possession of THE COMPANY’s owner, of these illicit activities that support what is described here. This evidence is impossible to have been manipulated with AI, but due to its nature, it cannot and should not be exhibited except to specialized authorities for these crimes. If necessary, this evidence will be delivered exclusively to the corresponding authority upon request.

Similarly, on social media in March 2021, journalist Jorge Olmos from Puerto Vallarta exposed the entire case of Eric Hurtado with a text detailing the accusations against Hurtado in 1988 and 1992 in El Dorado, California. He was convicted for performing sexual acts with children aged 10 and 11, for which he was accused and sentenced to six years in prison and over a year in El Dorado jail awaiting his trials.
After such accusations became public, Ryan Earl Donner and Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo were forced on several occasions to change the legal names of their companies.

CONCLUSION:
In view of all the above, given the extremely serious nature of the crimes committed and potentially still being committed by Mr. Kevin Eric Hurtado Robledo, AGENCIA MULTIMARCA DOCTOR AUTO, S.A DE C.V. denies having any current working relationship or any other connection with the mentioned individual and his partner and former husband, Ryan Earl Donner.
